The manager John and his team provide excellent service. I trust them to be honest with me and provide quality tires, parts and workmanship! Having our vehicles in safe working order is very important to me. They help me in that quest. Their prices are fair. I recently bought two sets of tires. John helped me find top quality tires on sale. Top quality and a good price are much appreciated!

I had an excellent experience with Travis Kendall and John McKenzie at Sullivan Tire in Lewiston. I brought my vehicle in because my air conditioning wasn't working properly, and they took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly. What really impressed me was their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. They treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience stress-free. It's refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about helping their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable team, I highly recommend visiting Sullivan Tire in Lewiston. Thank you, Travis and John, for your outstanding service!

Not Hope...but...it's Tony Nadeau again for another review! I so desperately want to leave a good review for you guys. You had the sinkhole, came back, I shopped around and saw you guys had a very decent deal. Last winter put on 4 snows, bead sealant and redelivery issues. Some regional Mgr dude called. Had high hopes things would be fixed. Today, MB4, alignment, tire package...I get the redelivery looking like this. One looks like the tech went mudding. The others have so much bead sealant AGAIN that it looks like the tech jerked off on my tires. Come on guys!! No quality control...no pride in redelivery. I used to be a service advisor and never have I seen a tech redeliver a vehicle to a customer looking like this. If I had, I'd have marched the keys back to the tech and told them to take care of it. I just want one good experience with you guys! Last three visits...big nope. I'm Tony Nadeau. Have the regional dude call me again.

As the owner of a small used car dealership here in Lewiston, we rely on Sullivan Tire for all of my dealer inspections, tires, and alignments. Their team has always been excellent to work with—friendly, professional, and consistently ready to help whenever we need something done quickly and correctly. A special shoutout to Allison, who is the only person we trust with our alignments. Her patience and skill are unmatched, and she gets them perfect every single time. When you’re running a dealership, having a shop you can rely on like this makes all the difference. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.
